eSubscribing to your content of choice is a simple and straightforward process.
Begin by selecting the eBook you want to subscribe to.
- Select Your eSubscribe Books
You can select your eSubscribe books in any of the following ways :
a ) Search the Catalogue
b ) Browse with eSubscribe
a ) Search the Catalogue
Search is a powerful accessible way to locate your book of choice. You can search the catalogue in two ways:
- eBook Search: Use the 'eBooks Search' section on the Home page/Search page to look for the book of preference. You can search by Master eISBN, Author, Title, Keywords or Series (literature, medicine, business, education, etc.).
Please Note: Books thus searched may or may not have the eSubscribe facility.
- DX Search: DX Search is the most powerful and accessible way to locate your book of choice. Its advanced search and filter techniques give you highly relevant and accurate search results in quick time.
To DX Search the catalogue, use the, DX 'Full Content Search' on the Home page/Search page. The DX Search interface will open displaying a variety of search options like stemming, proximity, wildcard, category etc. Choose the appropriate options to get to your subject of interest.

b ) Browse with eSubscribe
- Click on the eSubscribe button from the left navigation panel. The resulting interface will display a list of linked category and subcategory names.
- Click on the requisite category link to browse through the titles available under that category. Alternatively, you can further refine your search by clicking on a subcategory link.
- Choose Your Subscription Model
- On locating your book of choice, click on the More link to get an insight into the books contents. Every book is introduced with an overview of the books contents along with pertinent quotes.
- Take advantage of the Browse Before Buy feature to actually browse through sample pages of the book and get a personal insight into the books contents. This feature is currently available only for select books in the subscription catalogue and will be incorporated for all books in the catalogue soon.
- Having found the right book, the next step is to choose the appropriate subscription model and add the book to your shopping cart.
- Add it to the shopping cart
- Click on Add to Cart to add your book/s to the shopping basket.
- Kindly review the selections in your shopping cart before opting to check out.
- If you wish to delete any of your selections, check Remove for the title and click on Re-calculate to update your cart contents.
- Now click on Checkout to remit payment. You will be required to agree to the Taylor & Francis Electronic Library Personal Purchase Agreement before you proceed.
- Register Now
- If you are a first-time user, you will be required to register before remitting your payment online. Fill in the registration form and click on Submit.
- If successfully validated, click on Proceed to make your payment.
- Make Your Payment
- Online Payment transactions are facilitated by state-of-the-art eCommerce technology providers WorldPay, ensuring absolute security and integrity of your payments.
- At the WorldPay Checkout page, fill in your payment details and click on Make Payment to submit your payment.
- On successful transaction, you will arrive at the Receipt page, where you will click Proceed to access and download your purchase/s.
- You will also receive an order receipt from the eBookstore as an acknowledgement of your purchases at the eBookstore.

- Click on Download Centre on the left navigation panel; you will arrive at the Download Centre page where you will find your books shelved in the Subscription Bookshelf.
- Now click on Your Subscription Bookshelf link to access your books. Details regarding your subscription such as the subscription type, hours remaining etc. can be viewed by placing your mouse cursor on your book title.
- To read your book online, click on Read Online; your book will now open in the DX Reader. If you have created annotations or bookmarks from your subscribed books, you can view them online or download them within the stipulated time-frame by clicking on the 'My Content' link .
